Our Process
Zampino Partners consults with you. Our process allows us to develop dynamic Social Media marketing materials with targeted messaging. First we research both your sales history and your proposed targets and build a program and Social Media marketing strategy . Once we have a strategy in-place we maintain your campaign on a day-to-day basis. We continually analyze and report on its success and alter as needed until you have a robust program that builds on itself.
Step one - Discovery: After a basic discovery meeting to discuss your businesses' value proposition, current marketplace and target verticals and any additional information we start to build the framework of the action-plan including Goals and Target markets. We want to clarify as best as possible what expectations are and what a success would look like.
Step two - After the Discovery and before we build a detailed final-plan we go through an investigative process: Research these areas by use of available materials, research (potentially including cold calls to gain prospect information), client/employee interviews. This step may change some of the goals/targets outlined in step one. Because our messaging is based on sales strategy we focus heavily on sales history and goals to see what works/reveals interest in your prospects and what doesn't.
Step three - Sales Logistics: After formulating an informed view of how your prospects come to be interested in step two we now look at how sales look from your perspective. Once there is an identifiable prospect what happens? how do you treat that prospect to your sales process and what has worked and what has not.
Step four - Plan: Build a SMM plan that most accurately speaks to your suspects (pre-prospect) in a way were we can measure response and gauge campaign success.
Step five - Execution. Execute plan and measure with analytics to see what message is effective in filling the prospect pipeline.
These steps are revisited as-needed until we have a proven-successful campaign.
